The title of a car reported at Auto auction as dealer vehicle?

If a car is reported at Auto auction as dealer vehicle, does the dealer own the car, or can the certificate of title still be under the previous owner's name?





Thanks a lot for helpful answers!|||The title probably still has the previous owner's name on it, but the dealer is the legal owner. Dealers do not have to title vehicles if they are reselling them.|||it mostly have the previous owners name.
