I need a dealership to help me buy a car at an auto auction because they're the only ones who can do it.?

I'm in illinois. And only dealerships can do this because they have the permits. Does any1 know any dealership owner that can help me? Or someone who sells cars that can talk to the dealership to help me out? An auto auction i'd like to go to is Rockford Auto Auction.|||Just go talk to a small dealership with you and see if they'll let you go with them to their next car auction. You might have to pay them to go though. But there are plenty of free public auctions you can go to that don't require you to be a dealer.
