Looking for information on how to acquire an auto auction licence in Florida , but only for export of the cars

I would buy those ca5rs at the auction , but I will not do business in the USA. All will be for export .|||You need an Auto Dealers license to buy cars at auctions. Doesn't matter what you do with them after your purchase. There would probably be another license required for export purposes.
